Established in France in 2003, the Eurorepar Car Service brand quickly became a reference in the multi-brand services aftermarket on the world stage. For 2024, Eurorepar Car Service’s roadmap is to continue at the same high rate of growth, with the introduction of new tools for its clients and networks. Each market will be supported by a comprehensive communication strategy.
After celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2023 in Europe, Eurorepar Car Service continues to grow and to develop its network, which now has 6,300 member garages worldwide. Eurorepar Car Service also aims to continue its momentum after a net growth of 10% in 2023, continuing this trend through 2024, with new countries and regions in the spotlight. Eurorepar Car Service will be present at large trade fairs this year, including Equip’Auto in Algiers, AutoTechnica in Brussels and Automechanika in Buenos Aires and Istanbul.
In the UK, the Eurorepar Car Service network is comprised of more than 260 centres spanning the length and breadth of Great Britain, as well as a number in Northern Ireland. Lead by the UK’s Head of Network, Chris Jones, the local team continue to see exceptional growth, with the company on track to have in excess of 300 locations by the end of the year. Garages in the UK market range from single-ramp operations through to multi-site independent service and repair groups. Each benefit from Eurorepar Car Service’s diverse range of solutions that help owners to maximise revenues.
To recruit new repairers, Eurorepar Car Service provides its network with all the tools needed for day-to-day management. This includes access to quality parts for their customers, with a 360-degree offer that incorporates OEM, Eurorepar and leading aftermarket supplier part ranges. To enable the highest standards of service, Eurorepar Car Service offers a range of training courses for its repairers, as well as technical and educational resources that help members to deliver a true multi-brand proposition for customers.
Eurorepar Car Service network membership also provides digital solutions, designed specifically for network members and their customers. For garages, the parts ordering is simplified with the Service Box Multi-Brand platform – an ergonomic, web-based system that centralises parts ranges for easy ordering. Motorists benefit from the recently updated Eurorepar Car Service website, which offers on-line booking and an estimate for required work, a range of promotions and a full database of Eurorepar Car Service centres in their market.
The marketing and communication assets available to centres are constantly renewed. Resources range from brand and offer content to new product and initiative launches, such as the recently announced EV label*. Most recently, Eurorepar Car Service shared its new brand movie with centres for use across their digital channels. All elements of the Eurorepar Car Service corporate identity are provided to members of the network, with these assets helping to increase the brand's visibility amongst customers and prospective new centres.
*The EV label is dedicated to the maintenance of electric and hybrid vehicles.
