London, May 20th, 2024 - Leasys UK, a leading provider in multi-brand operational leasing, has partnered with fuel, EV and business payment solutions provider, Allstar, to offer customers a comprehensive new payment solution.
Through the partnership, Allstar provides Leasys’ customers with Allstar Chargepass®, the UK’s only flexible payment solution enabling businesses to pick features based on their fleets' needs for electric vehicle charging and refuelling.
A Chargepass® card enables access to the largest combined electric charging and fuel network in the UK, including the fastest electric charging network, providing drivers the ability to charge across more than 51,000 chargers. What’s more, time spent off the road charging is reduced as over half of charge points are either rapid or ultra-rapid.
Chargepass® enables customers and fleet operators to receive a consolidated HMRC-compliant invoice for all eligible fuel and electric charging transactions.
Leasys’s customers also have the option to add Allstar Homecharge* alongside their Allstar Chargepass® card, enabling businesses to charge their vehicles at home. Allstar Homecharge automatically and accurately pays for drivers’ home charging costs directly to their energy supplier, helping to reduce downtime whilst charging and avoid complicated expense claims.
With multiple fuelling needs, fleets need data to be captured all in one place and Allstar has the answer through its Allstar Online solution, providing online reporting that shows unique, valuable insights into company spending and driver behaviour patterns.
Commenting on the partnership, Matthew Boswell, Managing Director, Leasys UK, said: “This new strategic partnership with Allstar enhances our already market-leading offering, providing our customers access to one of the UK’s largest combined networks, all via a single solution, Allstar Chargepass®. We’re always looking to enhance our customer offering, providing simple solutions that will make a big difference for businesses and fleets. This latest solution will give drivers greater flexibility and control, while also making EV leases more accessible.”
Paul Holland, Managing Director UK Fleet, Corpay, including UK brand, Allstar, added: “We’re delighted to announce our partnership with Leasys UK. Allstar Chargepass® provides Leasys’ customers with a combined payment solution for all of their fuel and EV charging requirements. With comprehensive reporting, controls and more, our solution does it all and there simply is no competition. As our product suite and fuel and EV networks continue to expand, our vision and aims align with that of Leasys, making Allstar Chargepass® the product of choice."
*In order to comply with HMRC Vehicle Fuel benefit, businesses may require a process to identify and reclaim payments for private use.
