- In anticipation of the May 8th debut of the Trofeo Lancia at the iconic Targa Florio Rally, Lancia is set to make its return to the rally world at the high-octane Regione Piemonte Rally taking place from April 11th to 13 in Alba (CN).
- The star of the show will be the New Ypsilon Rally4 HF, which has surpassed 90 units sold in just four months and won over countless drivers and tuners since the project’s inception.
- Equipped with a 212-hp turbo engine and fine-tuned by the legendary Miki Biasion, the bold race car is the ideal solution for younger drivers who are looking to make a name for themselves in one of the most technical disciplines in motorsports.
- Registrations for the Trofeo Lancia have skyrocketed and maxed out at 40 participants, including 25 Under-35 drivers who will compete for a place in the FIA ERC 2026.
- The Lancia Corse HF Village set up at the Regione Piemonte Rally will host special activities, an exclusive collection of 25 classic Lancia cars, and exciting test drives of the New Ypsilon hybrid.

- In February, Stellantis consolidated the positive results of the previous month and achieved its best result of the last 12 months: 18.1%[1] share on the total EU29 PC+CV market (January closed at 17.1%), confirming its leadership in France, Italy, and Portugal
- The performance in the Commercial Vehicles market was equally impressive: Stellantis Pro One was the undisputed leader with a 32% share (29.5% in January), also the best result of the last year. Confirming its supremacy, Stellantis Pro One leads in 8 of the G10* countries
- Strong acceleration in the total electric vehicle (BEV) market, where Stellantis reaches a 14.1% share in February (12.9% in January), and holds the supremacy in France, Italy, Portugal and Spain. Even more significant is the performance in the electric CV segment, where Stellantis Pro One is No. 1 with a YTD share of 32.4%: one in three BEV vehicles sold is a Stellantis brand. Even in the hybrid segment Stellantis is #1 with a market share of 16.8% in February and 16% YTD
- Regarding individual models, the brand-new Citroën ë-C3 shines in two major markets: best-selling electric vehicle in both France and Italy. In France, the PEUGEOT 2008 and PEUGEOT 3008 lead the SUV segment, occupying the top two spots. In Italy, the “little” Pandina once again emerged as the overall best-seller in the total market, while the Jeep® Avenger confirmed its position as the best-selling SUV. In the premium SUV segment, the promising Alfa Romeo Junior completed its climb to the top, having just introduced the Q4 all-wheel drive hybrid version.

- Stellantis Pro One and IVECO announced today a collaboration that provides for the European commercialisation of two 100% electric vehicles under the IVECO brand, produced by Stellantis Pro One
- These models, sold and serviced exclusively by the official IVECO network in Europe, will widen the IVECO line-up of electric vehicles, both in the Mid-Size and Large Van segments, and will be produced at Stellantis’ plants in Atessa (IT), Gliwice (PL), and Hordain (FR)
- This represents a significant collaboration in the commercial vehicle sector, committed to the transition towards sustainable mobility with a long-term horizon. The launch of the new models is in fact scheduled for mid-2026, based on a ten-year agreement

- Net revenues of €156.9 billion, down 17% compared to 2023, with consolidated shipment volumes decreasing 12% due to temporary gaps in product offerings, as well as now-complete inventory reduction initiatives
- Net profit of €5.5 billion, down 70%. Adjusted operating income(1) of €8.6 billion fell 64% with AOI margin(2) of 5.5%
- Industrial free cash flows(3) were negative €6 billion reflecting the decline in income and temporary enlarged working capital impact due to production adjustments
- Total inventories on December 31, 2024 were 18% or 268 thousand units lower year-over-year, including a 20% drop in U.S. dealer stock to 304 thousand units, surpassing previously communicated target of 330 thousand units
- Generational product portfolio transition initiated in 2024 with the first products launched on STLA Medium and STLA Large platforms, and scaled globalization of Smart Car platform through the European launch of Citroën C3/ë-C3
- Total industrial available liquidity ended 2024 at €49.5 billion, with Industrial net financial position at €15.1 billion. Dividend to common shareholders proposed at €0.68 per share, representing a 5% yield, pending shareholder approval
- 2025 financial guidance of "Positive" Net Revenue Growth, "Mid-Single Digits" AOI margin and "Positive" industrial free cash flows, reflecting both the early stage of the commercial recovery as well as elevated industry uncertainties
- The process to appoint the new permanent Chief Executive Officer is well underway and will be concluded within the first half of 2025. In the meantime, the Company is focused on execution

- In the total EU29 market, Stellantis opens 2025 by confirming its second position among OEMs, with the same market share recorded in the 2024 final report (17.1%)[1]. Stellantis is the leader in France, Italy, and Portugal, and a strong second in Germany, Spain, and the UK
- Stellantis continues its undisputed supremacy in the commercial vehicle (CV) segment, reaching a share of 29.5%, and leading in 9 out of the G10* countries
- In the total electric vehicle (BEV) market, Stellantis increases its share, approaching 13%, and secures the second position in the overall ranking. Stellantis is the leader in France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal, and also dominates the electric CV segment with an impressive 31% market share
- Regarding individual models in the total EU29 market, brand new Citroën C3 and Peugeot 3008 are already on the podium of their respective segments. In France, the Peugeot 208 is the best seller in the total market, while the Citroën C3 leads in the passenger car (PC) market. In Italy, the FIAT Panda continues to achieve one record after another, the Jeep® Avenger confirms itself as the best-selling B-SUV, and the FIAT 500e leads the A segment BEV

- Stellantis has taken full ownership of the shares of the joint venture created in 2018 with the Belgian company Punch Powertrain, a specialist in the production of automotive transmissions
- This collaboration took place in the plants at Metz (FR) and Turin, at the Mirafiori complex (IT), where the advanced eDCT (Electrified Dual Clutch Transmission) gearboxes are produced. They will be seen in the entire Stellantis range of Mild Hybrid (MHEV) vehicles and the new generation of Plug-in (PHEV) vehicles
- With this decision, Stellantis assumes full management of the design and production activities of the eDCT transmissions, characterized by class leading performance in terms of weight and production cost, fuel savings and reductions in harmful emissions
