Mopar® is returning to the 2019 Geneva International Motor Show. The brand boasts over 80 years of tradition, experience and in-depth knowledge of the needs of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles customers, accompanying them throughout their motoring experience, by providing technical service and support for all of their performance, safety and customisation-related needs.


Visitors to the FCA stands will see a wide selection of products and customisations developed by the expert Mopar team, and these can be purchased together with the car or later from the authorised sales network. Since last December, an initial selection of approximately 1,300 spare parts and accessories has also been available on Amazon Marketplace - this made Mopar the first brand in the Italian automotive sector to sell its products through this platform.


The launch of a real Mopar store is also planned, and due to début in Italy and the UK during the Geneva International Motor Show with a version initially dedicated to trade operators - the doors will open to all customers by this Summer.


This is a natural evolution for a brand that has always focused closely on innovation and anticipated market trends to meet customer requirements as effectively as possible. It's not by chance that, over the past eighty years, Mopar has become synonymous with full service and authentic performance for vehicle owners and enthusiasts worldwide.


A selection of cars enhanced with Authentic Accessories powered by Mopar will be on display in Geneva. These top-quality products all perfectly match the technical and styling features of the various models, enabling full customisation. This is because Mopar parts and accessories are engineered together with the same teams that create factory-authorised specifications for FCA vehicles, offering a direct connection that no other aftermarket parts company can provide.



There will be huge interest in the three Jeep® SUVs that will be on show in Geneva, all of which are customised with Jeep Authentic Accessories powered by Mopar - the only ones capable of providing maximum functionality, safety, style and performance because they are created with the same team that designs original Jeep vehicles.


The first is a Wrangler Rubicon with a 100% street legal off-road configuration, enhanced by Jeep Performance Parts that really express the vehicle's undisputed off-road potential. Look no further than the kit that raises the suspension by 2-inches / 50.8 mm, rock rails, black door sills, black fuel door, all-weather mats and the 1941 decal that completes the vehicle's special configuration.


The SUV is further enhanced with a number of other accessories selected from the range of over 200 Jeep Wrangler accessories - black seven slot front grille, mudguards, off-road lights, all-black matte mirror cars that contrast with the 'Hella Yella' yellow paintwork. The Mopar customisation continues on the interior, with a black mesh sun bonnet, front grab handles and tailgate table - all directly approved by Mopar and Jeep to give customers a true off-road experience.


Alongside it will be a Wrangler Sahara with an 'Urban' trim level chosen to illustrate the versatile spirit of the Jeep brand's most iconic SUV. A chrome-plated fuel cap and door sill guards stand out against the vehicle's Ocean Blue paint.


Mopar's personalisation experts have also turned their attention to the Jeep Renegade. The 'Limited' trim level version, with a new Bikini Blue body colour, has a special urban look, featuring door sill guards with Jeep logo, front dam, new sill trims and rear scuff plate in Subshine Grey, that picks up the colour of the special mirror caps and front grille. Inside, it has a cargo tote and carpet mats.


A special preview of the new collection of Mopar® Merchandise

The new collection of Mopar brand merchandise, available from May at authorised dealers, will be previewed for the first time on the Jeep stand. Some of the new items for visitors to admire include a new line of clothing and objects in classic Mopar blue, many of which are out of the ordinary, like key trackers, car fresheners and portable Bluetooth speakers.



The eye-catching Tipo Sport is sure to take centre stage on the Fiat stand. Developed in partnership with Mopar, it features many special and exclusive design elements that further enhance the dynamic style of the vehicle.


Two display cases will house a selection of Fiat Authentic Accessories by Mopar - the 'Carbon Pack' for Tipo Sport and the 'Dark Pack' for 500X. The first features a number of carbon details with a markedly racing style, such as full front and rear bumper kits, side skirts, rearview mirror covers and door handles. The Tipo Sport version is equipped with the same accessories in 'Piano Black', and attractive 18-inch rims are also available as an option.


The second features the 'Dark Pack', one of the aesthetic collections created for the 500X thanks to the know-how of the experts at Mopar - it emphasises the characteristic elegance, design and sporty style of this Italian crossover from Fiat. In particular, it gives the car an intriguing, sporty look with the aid of the special Monster Matte black colour that adorns the mirrors, moustache, door handles, tailgate handle and the rear tail lamp masks. It also includes a high-performance Prime Parts pollen filter designed to protect the cabin, while Mopar Connect and 18-inch Jet Black wheels are available on request.


Finally, Fiat and Mopar also join forces on the Wind special series, with personalised Mopar mats.



One of the most notable Authentic Accessories powered by Mopar for the Abarth 124 Spider is the carbon fibre hard top - technical, lightweight and safe, it gives the vehicle the feel of a coupé, with all the emotions and driving thrills that only a true roadster can offer. The sportiness of the vehicle and its performance in terms of road holding are also boosted by a special strut bar, while the mesh luggage rack organiser with Mopar logo enables load optimisation, ensuring maximum freedom on the road.


Alfa Romeo

Alfa Romeo vehicles are the result of the exclusive approach taken by the brand during the design phase. Technology and passion are combined in every detail and the finished design is always the perfect harmony of beauty and functionality, mechanics and emotion.


Experts from Mopar are present during every phase of the process to create Alfa Romeo Authentic Accessories that follow the same principles, ensuring that they are unique, distinctive and capable of highlighting the unique sporting identity of Giulietta, Giulia and Stelvio.


Fine materials such as the carbon present on the mirror caps, radiator grille, gear knob and door sills, the textured shades of Miron and dedicated alloy rims, Alfa Romeo branded puddle lights plus the dark tail lights found on the Stelvio. These are just some of the distinguishing elements to be found on the stand in Geneva, both on board the vehicles and on display in elegant display cases.


But there's much more than simply aesthetics and performance. Mopar is also working hard in the area of user-friendly connectivity, comfort and safety. Giulietta offers the Pack Tech that includes an innovative Alfa Connect 7-inch / 177.8 mm infotainment system by Alpine, which is Apple CarPlayTM and Android AutoTM ready, rearview camera, parking sensors, USB-HDMI input and Mopar Connect.


With Mopar Connect, vehicle control is within easy reach 

Mopar Connect is an innovative set of connected services dedicated to vehicle safety and remote control. It is integrated with the connected services of Uconnect® Live, adding new functions, such as roadside assistance, support in case of accidents and vehicle location in case of theft.


The innovative app can also be used to control a number of functions remotely, like locking and unlocking the doors and sending an alert if the car exceeds a certain speed limit or leaves a zone previously outlined on a map. Finally, Mopar Connect makes it possible to view the location of your parked car and report information about its condition, such as the battery charge, tyre pressures and fuel level, in addition to alerts when routine maintenance is due.


With the services of Mopar Connect, the customer has immediate access to essential vehicle data and can rely on added safety and protection on the road, as well as peace of mind and constant control of the vehicle, all within easy reach of their smartphone. Services are tailor-made to offer solutions for various customer types, from retail to business users, including business owners, freelance professionals and companies with vehicle fleets. For the latter, Mopar offers a complete Fleet Management package to guarantee secure and effective monitoring and management.


Mopar reaches the milestone of 1,200,000 service contracts signed in EMEA

Testimony to the reliability and affordability of its warranty and maintenance extension services, the Geneva International Motor Show will see Mopar celebrating the achievement of the milestone of over 1.2 million customers who have chosen to protect their vehicles by signing a Mopar Vehicle Protection service contract.


To mark the occasion, every vehicle displayed on the stands will be accompanied by a service plan. Each plan offers different levels in terms of duration and mileage and is designed to guarantee that the vehicle works as effectively as possible over time, involving a series of services by highly qualified, expert Mopar technicians at authorised FCA workshops, using specific equipment and tools and only original spare parts.


One example is Maximum Care, the extended warranty that covers all mechanical and electrical components for a maximum of three years from the end of the original manufacturer warranty. Another is Easy Care, a pre-paid scheduled service package that freezes the price of car servicing for up to 5 years, ensuring customers never miss their yearly maintenance.


Customers can sign up for Mopar Vehicle Protection services when a new vehicle is purchased or request them in any FCA workshop.


By registering their vehicle in the private areas of the Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Fiat Professional and Jeep websites, customers can directly access a series of dedicated promotions designed to make their driving experience truly unique.
