Alfa Romeo and Gargash Motors, the official automotive sponsors of Arab Fashion Week 2018, showcased the unique Italian style and flair of the brand's latest Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio models at the event - the first floating fashion week in the world for the only fashion platform dedicated to cruise collections - which took place on board the newly inaugurated naval hotel, Queen Elizabeth II, which is permanently docked permanently at the Mina Rashid marina in Dubai.

 

In the Alfa Romeo VIP lounge, visitors had the opportunity to find out more about the Alfa Romeo brand and the history of the Quadrofiglio. In addition to a display showcasing the latest Stelvio and Giulia Quadrifoglio models, the latest Stelvio was also the official VIP shuttle vehicle of the event.

 

Originally conceived as a good-luck charm in the heroic period of motorsports, the Quadrifoglio emblem has distinguished the sporting history of Alfa Romeo, which triumphed in the first Motor Racing World Championship in Monza in 1925, gaining the first of Alfa Romeo's five World titles. Over the decades, it has become the logo for race cars and for the brand's more powerful and exclusive road vehicles.

 

Every Alfa Romeo springs from the perfect balance of heritage, speed and beauty, making them the ultimate expression of Italian style in the automotive world. The new Stelvio and Giulia are no exception, combining the legendary Italian sense of proportions with simplicity and care for surface quality - this is the 'skin' that Alfa Romeo stylists have modelled with painstaking care on the mechanical parts.
