PEUGEOT has been a platinum partner of the ATP Tour since 2016 and is taking part in the Monte-Carlo Masters 1000 with 5 of its prestigious international ambassadors. PEUGEOT at the Monte-Carlo tennis tournament

As the first major tournament in the European season, the Monte-Carlo tournament, created in 1897, is one of the oldest in the world.

From the 13th to the 21st of April, Alexander Zverev (No. 3 ATP behind Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal), Lucas Pouille (No. 31), Pablo Carreño Busta (No. 28), Diego Schwartzman (No. 24) and Fernando Verdasco (No. 38) will face the world's best players on the clay courts of the Monte-Carlo Country Club, which will be unveiling its latest facilities for the first time.

These five prestigious players, from France, Germany, Spain and Argentina, are part of the team of ambassadors that the PEUGEOT brand formed in 2017 to boost the international deployment of its sponsorship strategy in the world of tennis.

As the Partner and Official Car of the tournament, PEUGEOT will be providing players and VIPs in Monte Carlo with a fleet of 36 vehicles composed of the new PEUGEOT 508 sedan and SW, SUV PEUGEOT 3008 and 5008 and PEUGEOT Traveller.

The brand will also be showcasing the new PEUGEOT 508 sedan and SW in Monte Carlo. With a new low and compact architecture, new sharp and muscular exterior design, spectacular interior incorporating an unprecedented interpretation of the PEUGEOT i-Cockpit®, the new PEUGEOT 508 promises to be an intense experience. Its exemplary road handling, its new engines, its extensive provision in technology as well as the generational leap in quality make the new PEUGEOT 508 the global flagship of the brand’s move upmarket.

The new PEUGEOT 508 SW disrupts the codes of the disputed D-segment estate market and draws its inspiration from the world of shooting brakes. With its low and dynamic silhouette, the new PEUGEOT 508 SW is embracing a striking design: it succeeds in combining athletic elegance and practicality in terms of spaciousness, volume and accessibility to the boot.

With this Masters 1000, an important part of the history of tennis will be played just before the opening of Roland-Garros on 26th May.
