PEUGEOT is showcasing a 100% electrified update in Geneva. Two world premieres will be revealed to the general public: the new PEUGEOT 208 in its internal combustion and electric versions, as well as the PEUGEOT SPORT ENGINEERED 508 Concept, which heralds the high-performance electrified line of production vehicles developed by PEUGEOT SPORT. PEUGEOT will also be presenting its new Plug-in Hybrid petrol engines on the PEUGEOT 3008, 508 sedan and SW. The electrification of the brand will also be emphasized by an iconic lion that becomes electrified on the stand. Visitors will be able to discover the star of the last Paris Motor show with the PEUGEOT e-Legend Concept, a true embodiment of the vision of an optimistic and ultra-desirable 100% electric, autonomous future, connected by PEUGEOT.

The new PEUGEOT 508, a radical saloon with a sharp style promises an intense driving experience. It is an expression of the brand's ambition in its market segment. The PEUGEOT RIFTER, robust and sleek, is streamlined for everyday adventures. The even more assertive PEUGEOT RIFTER 4X4 CONCEPT show car is equipped with all-wheel drive. The monumental LION is the brand's new ambassador. This sculpture captures PEUGEOT's pride and celebrates 160 years of history. PEUGEOT's stand has a new, clean, on-brand design that serves as a showcase for these three world premières. The light-coloured walls are accented with vivid visuals and luminous touches. Blue LEDs and a backlit sign on the stand's ceiling allow it to stand out from afar. Visitors will find five different areas and a lounge within the 1,320 square metre space. Three world premières: the new PEUGEOT 508, the new PEUGEOT RIFTER and the PEUGEOT RIFTER 4X4 CONCEPT show car, will be on display next to the LION. PEUGEOT Design Lab will display the Sea Drive Concept, developed for BENETEAU, PEUGEOT brand image products, and the electric assist scooter and folding bicycle. PEUGEOT technology, including the EAT8 automatic 8-speed gearbox, the PureTech 225 hp petrol engine and BlueHDi 130 hp diesel engine, and the latest driver assistance features. PEUGEOT SPORT will display the 2018 208 WRX, the 308 TCR, as well as the 208 and 308 GTis by PEUGEOT SPORT, looking smart in Blue and Black. PEUGEOT Metropolis, a three-wheeled scooter, presented here in Emerald Crystal blue.

After a year with 12.3% growth in its worldwide sales, at 1,919,460 vehicles, and positive development of its geographical mix with 43% of its sales achieved outside Europe - up by 5 points - PEUGEOT is starting 2017 with confidence. - Continued success of the PEUGEOT 208, the brand's best-seller, with worldwide sales up by 8% showing viability of its mid-life. - Continued success of the PEUGEOT 2008 SUV, with worldwide sales up by 10%, representing the strongest growth of any of the brand's PVs. - Outstanding success of the new PEUGEOT 3008 SUV, with almost 100,000 orders in just over 4 months. - A successful launch for the new PEUGEOT 4008 SUV in China, with almost 25,000 orders since it went on the market. - Record growth for worldwide sales of utility vehicles, up by 10%, and in particular PEUGEOT Partner (+20%), new PEUGEOT Expert (+20%) and PEUGEOT Boxer (+7%). - Confirmation of the brand's move upmarket, with 86% of orders for the new PEUGEOT 3008 SUV, 40% of orders for the new PEUGEOT 4008 SUV and 64% of sales of the PEUGEOT 2008 achieved at level 3 or higher. At this year's Geneva Motor Show, PEUGEOT presents its new Partner Tepee Electric, which added to range of sustainable mobility solutions. The backbone of its worldwide product offensive, the three new PEUGEOT SUVs – 2008, 3008 and 5008 – will be displayed at the stand. Lastly, the brand will present its forward-looking vision of the autonomous vehicle, with the very attractive PEUGEOT INSTINCT CONCEPT and its new generation i-Cockpit®!

Following 2015, a year marked by a 4.6% increase in sales, PEUGEOT is entering 2016 with renewed vigour and celebrating its return to racing. PEUGEOT sold 1,710,000 vehicles worldwide last year, with strong growth in Europe (up 9.7%), China (up 5.6%), Africa and the Middle East (2.3%) and the Pacific region (9.1%). Sales were boosted by the worldwide success of the PEUGEOT 8 range: The continued success of the PEUGEOT 308, the Brand's best-seller, in the top 3 on the European C-segment podium, driving PEUGEOT'S desire to move its range up-market, with up to 23% of the mix produced by the GT Line, GT and GTi by PEUGEOT Sport finishings The success of the new PEUGEOT 208, launched a year ago in Geneva with European sales up 10% The success of the new PEUGEOT Partner, the Brand's most popular light utility vehicle Technological and environmental success with 25 PEUGEOT vehicles best-in-class winners in Europe (8 with PureTech engines, 4 with THP engines and 13 with BlueHDi engines) in terms of reduced CO2 emissions and the title of Engine of the Year for the PEUGEOT PureTech engine.

With global sales up by 5.4% and considerable above-market growth in China and Europe, it is a determined PEUGEOT that is introducing itself at the 85th International Geneva Motor Show in 2015. Featuring 2600m2 of unique design, this year's stand is dressed in the iconic clean black and copper lines introduced by the Onyx concept car. The PEUGEOT stand will host no less than 3 concept cars, the PEUGEOT 2008 DKR and 23 models including the new PEUGEOT 208 which will be unveiled in a world première. Only 3 years after its launch, the best-seller from the PEUGEOT range – with almost one million units sold – is getting a makeover and will be one of the major new PEUGEOT attractions. In Geneva, PEUGEOT is also continuing with its strategy for moving upmarket via 3 exhibition areas: - The GT Line area, Peugeot's take on personality and dynamism via a new cross-model finish for the PEUGEOT 208, 308, 508 and RCZ; - The Sport area, focused on performance and featuring the PEUGEOT 308 & 308 SW GT, RCZ R and 208 GTi by PEUGEOT Sport – bringing its exceptional competition experience to the standard cars – and the impressive PEUGEOT 2008 DKR which has just got back from Dakar; - The Technologies area, bringing together all of the brand's technological expertise with the new EAT6 automatic gearbox and the Euro 6 PureTech, BlueHDi and THP engine powers which, with 20 Best in class engines, make PEUGEOT the benchmark for efficiency and CO2 emissions reduction.

With the latest introductions to the youngest range in its history, the brand creates the event with the new PEUGEOT 108 and the new PEUGEOT 308 SW; the new PureTech 1.2 litre 3-cylinder petrol engine, the new BlueHDi Diesel engines (an exclusive Euro 6 Diesel emissions technology), the HYbrid4 Diesel hybrid range and the 2008 HYbrid Air concept confirm its technological and environmental credentials, for today and for tomorrow. With the RCZ R, 308 R Concept and the 208 T 16 Pikes Peak, PEUGEOT also makes it clear that motoring emotion will always be at the heart of the promise.

On its stand at the 83rd Geneva Motor Show, Peugeot is unveiling the advantages of its product and technological offensive. The Marque is using the event to world premiere the 2008, displaying an ambitious 208 range, reaffirming its move upmarket strategy and demonstrating its inspiration with the Onyx Concept car. The HYbrid4 diesel hybrid, the 2008 HYbrid Air and the 208 HYbrid FE project confirm its technological and environmental lead.
