Florent Todeschini, the newly-crowned French Junior Rally Champion, is set to discover the potential of the 208 Rally4 this coming weekend on the tricky roads of the Parc des Cévennes in the Montpellier region, at round six of the 208 Rally Cup France. Hugo Margaillan (U29) and Armand Fumal (Gentlemen Drivers) will be fighting to win the title in their respective categories.

Following the 208 Rally 4’s launch at the beginning of the year, almost 100 firm orders have been placed for the new car and Peugeot Sport has been busy making sure that its customers receive their machines in the speediest timeframe possible. The 208 Rally 4 is poised to make its first competitive appearance this weekend in Portugal, and other outings are scheduled to follow shortly afterwards in Italy and the Czech Republic.

The brand-new PEUGEOT 208R2, the successor to the best-selling rally car in the history of PEUGEOT SPORT as well as the best-seller in the category – the current PEUGEOT 208 R2 – has turned a wheel for the first time in the Vosges region of France, as it enters the dynamic phase of testing. The New PEUGEOT 208R2 is based on the latest PEUGEOT 208 road car, which was revealed at the Geneva Motor Show in Switzerland last month and features a three-cylinder 1.2-litre turbocharged PureTech engine, making it eligible for FIA R2C regulations.
