FCA Bank's strategic path towards the digitalization of its processes and distribution channels continues. In line with the latest purchasing trends in the automotive market, the Bank is launching a new e-commerce channel. Starting today, customers will be able to apply for a loan to purchase the car they want completely online, in just a few simple steps

Following the launch of the "Online Check", the digital credit pre-evaluation service, FCA Bank provides users with an intuitive, fully responsive platform, based on advanced technologies such as remote recognition and rapid document capture via photo.

The FCA Bank E-commerce channel, dedicated to Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Jeep and Lancia brand models, can be accessed not only from the brands' official websites, but also from the official websites of dealers throughout Italy.

After choosing the model, the amount of the instalment and the duration of the loan, all customers have to do is upload their identity and income documents directly onto the platform and enter the necessary data. The digital signature will then conclude the application and allow them to receive the outcome of the related credit evaluation in just a few minutes.
