CITROËN Ë-JUMPY AWARDED "INTERNATIONAL VAN OF THE YEAR 2021"
After Citroën Berlingo Van awarded in 2019, it is now the turn of ë-Jumpy to receive the prestigious title of “International Van of the Year 2021”. Launched last May, the electric version of Jumpy is a practical solution designed to meet the needs of professionals, local authorities and associations. It offers them great versatility thanks to its driving range of up to 330km (WLTP cycle) and the possibility of free access to restricted urban areas, while also helping to protect air quality and optimising user costs. ë-Jumpy’s electric engine improves driving pleasure and onboard comfort. Its integrated batteries have been designed to keep all of the Jumpy's key features, a benchmark in its segment. This award recognises Citroën's genuine expertise in commercial vehicles, and its proactive strategy of electrifying its range to meet new mobility targets.

Citroën ë-Jumpy has been awarded the prestigious title of “International Van of The Year 2021”. Its contemporary styling, onboard comfort, dynamic qualities and loading capacity combined with the benefits of the best electrical technology, convinced a panel of 24 independent journalists and magazine editors specialised in Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs). This award, voted by members of the I-VOTY panel and chaired by Jarlath Sweeney, highlights the relevance of this offer focused on energy transition and adapted to professional uses. For the record, this is the sixth time in the history of this highly coveted prize that Citroën has been honoured.

Ë-JUMPY’S KEYS OF SUCCESS
New Citroën ë-Jumpy offers all the advantages of the combustion version in terms of character, dimensions, loading volume and payload, in addition to the comfort of an electric vehicle:
Versatility:
Professionals can choose the driving range that better suits their daily tasks. Two driving-range options are available covering the majority of professional needs in this segment, whether it’s driving to a building site, making a delivery or transporting people: 230km on the WLTP cycle with a 50kWh battery, or 330km with a 75kWh battery.
This compact van’s moving to electric, provides freedom to access all urban centres while also allowing longer drive times between charges.
Driveability:
Comfort is particularly improved thanks to its driveability and the absence of noise and vibrations. Its 100kW engine can easily reach a top speed of 130km/h with torque immediately available on starting without changing gears. It provides complete peace of mind in a hectic work environment.
Ease of use:
ë-Jumpy can be easily charged at home (a mode 2 cable with standard 8A socket or a 16A Green’Up enhanced socket), at a private or public charging station (a 32A mode 3 cable, with a Wallbox) or a super-fast public charging station that can recharge 80% of the battery in 30 minutes only. ë-Jumpy’s 7” touch screen gives an array of electrical information about the vehicle, such as energy flow, consumption statistics, deferred charging, and thermal pre-conditioning.
The Best of Jumpy
Nothing has been compromised when it comes to the features that make everyday life easier for professionals using the combustion version. ë-Jumpy comes in three models and three lengths; its height of 1.90m ensures access to all car parks, and its useful payload and volume are identical to its thermal version: up to 6.6m3 of useful volume, 1275kg payload, useful width of 1.25m between the wheel arches, Moduwork, etc.
And like any good commercial vehicle designed for professionals and tradesmen/women, its cost per use remains reasonable.
